After a tragic accident where I burned up my previous air fryer (total user error), I decided to splurge on the Tastee Air Fryer. Honestly? I wish I had bought it sooner. The viewing window lets you monitor food perfectly, and the built-in temperature probe takes away all the guesswork. It’s worth every single inch of counter space.

I’ve owned this Cosori Electric Kettle since 2023, and it easily earns its keep. It gets used multiple times a day—not just for brewing tea, but for quickly warming up water for my morning collagen and electrolytes, and even for a fast splash of boiling water to clean out the sink. I have shared how awesome this is and many of my friends have one. 🙂

Simpletaste Milk Frother

This gadget sits proudly right next to my electric kettle. I use it daily for mixing my electrolytes! I have actually bought four of these over the years. I dropped my first one in a sink full of water and realized it an hour too late. I bought a replacement but accidentally sent it to my daughter (who now loves it), and then bought another for my sister because I knew she would love it too!

Bacon Grease Container

Who doesn’t need a jar specifically for bacon grease? My sweetest cousin bought me this as a gift and it makes me so happy! This one is awesome because it features a built-in strainer to keep all the “bits” out for pure, clean grease. It sits right next to my stove, and let’s be honest—bacon grease makes everything better, right? Plus, it is just super cute, which is a necessity to claim valuable counter space!

GoveeLife Mini Air Purifier

I originally purchased this GoveeLife mini air purifier for a bedroom, but it actually found a permanent home right next to my stove! It does an incredible job of trapping and filtering out strong kitchen and cooking odors. It features a great app if you want to control it directly from your phone or pair it with Alexa. Because it is so compact, it takes up very little space, and its sleek, minimalist style fits perfectly on my counter.

Corner Sink Drying Rack

This brilliant little triangle rack fits perfectly over the corner of the sink, taking up absolutely zero counter real estate. While it’s great for drying the occasional coffee mug, the real superpower is that it gives my kitchen sponges a place to air-dry outside of the sink bowl. Honestly, is it weird that a dish rack puts a smile on my face every single day? It’s proof that sometimes the simplest, most clever gadgets are the best.

Salt and Pepper Grinder Set – Rechargeable

This electric salt and pepper grinder set was a gift to me last year. At first, I was skeptical—I already had manual grinders. Am I really so bougie that I can’t be bothered to manually grind my own salt and pepper? Turns out—yes, I am exactly that bougie! I love that you can easily change the coarseness for different cooking needs. Plus, the charging base gives them a permanent home on the counter, preventing them from disappearing all over the kitchen when other people use them!

Dish Drying Mat

The final item that stays on my counter 95% of the time is this dish drying mat by S&T Inc. I’ve actually owned this exact mat since 2018! While my specific version is no longer available, I’ve linked a nearly identical one from the same brand. My kitchen hack is to place a baking rack right on top of it—this creates amazing airflow between the mat and the dishes. I admit – I do put it away when company comes but I absolutely love it to keep my kitchen functional for everyday life!
